Balanced Vitamin-Mineral Supplement

Pennwoods Free Choice products are a great choice for supplying a balanced vitamin-mineral supplement to horses on pasture or in loose housing. Many of today’s free choice products have a protein base and need to be consumed at 1.5 to 2.0 pounds each day to provide the required amounts of vitamins and minerals, however, the salt base in our product will limit consumption to the recommended 4 to 5 ounces per head each day.

A great substitution when hand feeding other Pennwoods products is not possible.

Caution: When first introducing Pennwoods Free Choice products, be sure free choice salt is available 2 weeks prior to avoid excessive consumption.

Recommended daily feeding rate: Feed in pastures and loose housing lots where horses congregate. Plenty of fresh water should be available at all times. Feed as the only source of salt.
